Q. I received an email that my eBook hold is available, but when I login to my account, no holds are shown.


This usually happens when you have more than one library card signed up for the Overdrive or Cloud Library eBook services and both are using the same email address for notifications. Please check if others in your family are also using this service, or if perhaps you have a library card with another county library. If you need help figuring out who the hold is for, please send us an email and we'll be glad to assist.
