I received an email that my eBook hold is available, but when I login to my account, no holds are shown.

This usually happens when you have more than one library card signed up for the Overdrive/Libby eBook services and both are using the same email address for notifications. Please check if others in your family are also using this service, or if perhaps you have a library card with another county library.
