Q. My card was lost or damaged. Can I get a new one?
There is no charge for a replacement library card. Simply visit a branch with ID and a new card will be issued on the spot. If you do not know the location of your card and cannot get to a branch immediately, please call a branch or email us your name, birth date, and address so that we can block further checkouts on your account.
