  1. I'm confused by the amount of not helpful. They answered they don't do notary services and did so politely and precisely. The library also provided 3 web sites (on .gov site) which are (still) working on April 3, 2020, 3+ years later.You have to wonder. I saw this with 3 other answered questions where there were non-helpful marks. And I also found the library response succinct and polite.
