Q. Why am I unable to login to my eBook or other online account?

Answer

The library provides the option of online registration, which creates a temporary account allowing immediate access to online premium resources until you're able to visit a branch and set up a permanent account. These cards are cleared out of the library's database after a period of time if that has not happened. If you're online account has been deleted, there are a few things you can do:

  • Apply online for a virtual card: a 60-day virtual card will allow you to get back online with the Library's premium resources, like eBooks and Lynda, immediately, but you will have to stop in within 60 days to show ID and proof of address.
  • Visit a branch and get a permanent account immediately. You'll still need to show ID and bring proof of address.
