Q. I am not receiving account emails from the library.
Valid email from the Library will show as coming from email@example.com. Please check your spam or junk mailboxes to see if they are going into there instead of into your inbox. You should be able to mark these emails as 'not junk' or 'not spam.'
If you do not already have an email on file with us, you can add one here.
If you would like to change/update an email already on file, please login to your library account, click on My Account at the top of the page, and navigate to Personal Information. You can change your email on file from this screen.
